Learn How to Build Friendships: Creating friends is an art. But here's the catch: ANYONE can learn this art if they are open and willing to learn! Teens can explore different strategies for friendship building and keeping friends.

Experience Feeling Included and Accepted- Does your teen feel like she doesn't belong? This group will help her realize she is not alone on this journey. Through this group, she will build self-esteem and a feeling of belonging.
Group Details:
Duration: Each Group session will be 75 minutes of skill-building, exercises, and exposure to the things that scare them the most.
Curriculum: This is a 10-week program that will go over what anxiety is, how it behaves, how we avoid things we are scared of, and how to get out of the anxiety loop! Teens will learn to accept their emotions and push through them instead of avoiding what scares them!
Intake Assessment: Before group placement, I conduct a thorough 1-hour intake assessment to ensure this is the best group for your child, her goals, and needs. Intake assessments are $300 for one hour and include social questionnaires, time to meet with you and your child, and allow me to understand your child's needs. If your child is seeing another clinician, I also set up a 15-minute consultation to ensure I know what your child needs.
Group Pricing: This group is $100/session and is paid monthly for 3 months.

This group provides a safe environment for your teen to learn the skills they need to succeed in the social world. Not only will they learn step-by-step skills and get exercises weekly to help them, they will also have the opportunity to practice these skills in groups and during the week.
