Why it Works
This is not just a “talk about your feelings” group. It’s a skills-based, action-oriented program that blends education, support, and exposure. It is tailored to teen and tween girls who want to feel more confident socially but don’t know where to start.
Each group is led by Monica Wells, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with over 12 years of experience helping anxious teens and families in Huntington and the surrounding Long Island area.
